#asktheexperts hi doctor my baby is 1.6 year old he is having cold nd cough from last two weeks ,we went to hospital they given montair lc kids syrup but no use ,again after few days we went another hospital they given febrexplus, nd novamax125ml but no use ,i dont know what medicine i have to use for my baby he is getting cold nd cough in the night time . pls suggest

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment rtis given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frjequently to relieve the symptoms.
