#asktheexperts hi doctor my baby has got diarrhoea and vomiting and we giving domstal and nobel b syrup as per our doctor since two days bt she is not taking any food . It’s being two days please suggest

A. Then keep your child more or liquid as of now because that is how it is going to be helpful because liquids are going to meet up to the appetite of the child I need this case it’s very normal for a child to reject food so liquids are going to be much more healthy
