hi my daughter have watery diarrhoea and fever i consult the doctor he gave ofloxacin syrup but diarrhoea not controlling can i give metronidazole syrup

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3 years old and he is having a watery diarrhoea so give him ORS and econorm sachets two time a day for three days so
