#asktheexperts hi doctor my baby 1 yr 1 month old suffering from neck pain whenever I make her sleep for feeding. not able turn or hear or see up from one week.

A. Hot compresses can help with spasms in the area of the neck and shoulders. Apply them for half an hour or so regularly throughout the day. Consult with your doctor so that he can diagnose the cause behind it and provide appropriate treatment for the same. Adopt a better sleeping position by replacing the pillow with a towel or a neck support. Contact your doctor for the same.
