My child is suffering from pus extract whenever he gets up from his sleep from the last three days, also from yesterday he is suffering from neck pain while drinking as well as while coughing occassionally, however he doesn't have fever

A. This is a bacterial infection of the eye. The main symptom is eyelids stuck together with pus after sleep. Can be present in 1 or both eyes. A few viruses can cause pus in the eyes, but most don't. Better to get it checked as said earlier
