#asktheexperts Hi doctor, Mera c section se Baby huya tha. abhi Mera pet aise Fula hai jaise 5 or 6 months se pregent ho. please mujhe bataiye. mai kaise kam karu pet. or Mera wait bhi bahut bad gya hai. pregnancy se pehle 51 tha ab 68kg ho gya hai after delivery.
