#asktheexperts hi Doctor, I have put on 12kg extra during my pregnancy, my baby is of 15 months still I'm not loosing a single inch or 0.01kg. if you could help me with this please.

A. hi mom to loose weight exercise with strict diet control is must .. low sugar and low fat diet .. start cycling swimming aerobic zumba etc to loose weight ..

A. good morning try to have cinnamon Honey with warm water at night before sleep and I would recommend you to maintain a gap of 16 hours between breakfast and dinner also try to have lots of fibrous food and liquid diet
