#asktheexperts Hi doctor I ate shark portion size a cup yesterday is it okay ? my son is 1.2 y old iam breast feeding

A. hello yes it is okay if the child is doing all fine and nothing to worry and you can have it in small quantity which is usually not a problem since the child is not much dependent on the milk it is nothing to worry and it would be safe not a problem
