A. sorry for for above answer, for back pain , don't sit or stand for long period take calcium supplements as per your doctor's prescription take Apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day try Babyhug heating pad to get relief in This

A. hi it is very common to get it after delivery but to start any workout for this , I would suggest to do it only after 6 months of delivery take high fiber diet like sprouts,salad ,free veggies, fresh fruits more increase your fluid intake
