A. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. rat healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods.You can walk daily half an hour, do yoga, pranayam.

A. Hi dear mom Weight gain is very much normal in pregnancy. So no need to worry. Once u deliver the baby the some weight will get reduced and some weight u can shed by doing exercise. Take care
