#asktheexperts Hi Doctor, From yesterday baby is not taking a proper nap. He had a tenotomy procedure yesterday morning. During the day he did not sleep peacefully, this morning he slept for 3 hrs i.e from 8 to 11am and after that he did not sleep for more than half an hour at a stretch. He starts crying while asleep. Can you please help.. what can I do?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. it is obvious that the doctor must have given painkiller like Paracetamol to the child and you can repeat Paracetamol maximum four times per day and if the child is still in severe pain then ibugesic can be given after Consulting doctor
