toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

It Probably be due to hunger is a feed your child really well before you put your child to bed and make sure half an hour prior to sleep time you give milk to the child that way your child is tummy is going to be full for a longer duration and your child will sleep well definitely after that
