#asktheexperts hi doctor after c section delivery,im suffering from hard stool pass so that my anal Area is wounded.. it's very painful.i have contacted with my local doctor and got some relief but now this happening again.. what can i do

you will have to drink plenty of water and should have some physical activity.
regular walking will help in in decreasing the constipation.
important to take diet which contains fibre and plenty of water.
if constipation doesnx't improve it can lead to to piles and bleeding due to its complication
many times constipation medicine is prescribed by the gynecologist if the constipation is not improving with dietary modification.
