#asktheexperts hi doc...i feel nasal congestion at night...i am 26 weeks pregnant with twins. i suddenly wake up with a feeling of choking and breathlessness at night.. in the day time, i stay fine. i tried saline spray but it didn't help much. Also taking gaviscon at night to minimise acid reflux

If you’re facing much of an issue then it’s important for you to check with your doctor regarding that they will examine and can assist you correctly as per the situation different women have different experiences and with twins situation can be a lot different from a regular pregnancy
