#asktheexperts Hi doc, I am 9 weeks postpartum now. I had heavy bleeding after 40 days of delivery for 2-3 days which gets subsided after that. Again I experienced heavy flow 5 days back. Should I see a doctor or it happens? Why am I bleeding for so long?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. there can be various reasons which needs to the same physically if there is need for ultrasonogram also and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem

irregularities in periods is very common and normal during feeding period
