#asktheexperts Hi... do i need to take calcium and folic tablets after 1year of delivery?

A. till you are breastfeeding. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. Folic acid is only taken till the time you do not deliver the child you should take calcium supplement for initial one year after delivery and apart from that Iron and multivitamin is also good enough to go ahead with so certainly you should take the supplement at least for one year after deliveryWrite Your Answer Here
