#asktheexperts hi am not sure about my breast milk supply, can I offer formula milk one time to my 4 month old baby?

A. If you are having sufficient breastfeeding and your child Ge sufficient from your breast feeding and stick to breastfeeding only and if not then only you should go ahead with giving formula feeding that’s not a problem it’s completely safe option to go for
