zarmina fatimaMom of 2 children1 day agoA. This is very less please take this seriously….include cucumber and coconut water this helps a lot as my afi was also less and drink at least 5-6 ltr water

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl1 day agoA. Madam this is extremely less you should actually check with your doctor if you need to get a hydration therapy done for yourself because the minimum should be between 9 to 12 right now now this is very very less so please proceed with your doctors advice
