#asktheexperts hello when can I expect to get new central incisors ? those two tooth fell off during Feb and still no sign. any medicine to get the tooth faster.

A. There is no specific time to it but the new teeth can come within one year of the previous one falling down because it has to come but there is no specific time limit that I can provide you in that context
