#asktheexperts Hello, suddenly the small pimples have occurred on my baby's face. The face was clean in the morning but at night suddenly the whole face have become rough and small pimples have arrived. Kindly suggest why they occur and how can we prevent them in future . Also, I'm applying Himalaya baby face cream but don't see any difference. Attaching the picture of baby face.
