#asktheexperts Hello sir my delivery date is 22 July 2021 with IVF twins daughters at 32 weeks with 1.3 kg and 1.4 kg. They were in NICU for 18 days. Now they gained weight 2.7 kg and 2.6 kg but their head circumference is 34 cm and 35 cm , length is 44 cm and 44.5 cm. I am worried about their condition of Head Circumference. It was 31.5 cm and 31 cm at time of discharge from NICU on 8-8-21.Please guide but they both have normal activities of their age.

A. hi mom please dont worry kids will grow appropriately check with the doctor if any intervention is required or not exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months is required.
