A. dear Mum the weight for age of your twin daughters is fine if they are active playful achieving growth milestones then it indicates good health encourage intake of a balanced diet 3 meals and two healthy snacks

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Baby weight depends on birth weight and normally doubles by the age of six months and triples by the age of one year. Please give eggs and chicken to the babies. Also give green vegetables and dairy products. Thanks and take care
