#asktheexperts hello, sir, my daughter is 4 months old and sleeps only 7 to 8 hours in a whole day. she feeds well and gains weight properly. I have tried everything , but she doesn't sleep.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. Giving your baby a bath, putting on her pajamas, listening to music and reading a story together before you turn off the lights helps her unwind and signals that it's time to sleep. Start the routine at the same time every night
