#asktheexperts Hello sir my baby is 2.5 year old..and today I have given him meal at 8:45 PM and at 11 PM glass of milk...he slept just now 1:30 AM ...should I worry for his hungerness...bcz regular I fed him at 11:00 PM.

A. hi dear The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends two to three 8 oz. cups of milk per day, per toddler. Milk can be a nutritious beverage, and young, growing kids benefit from milk's protein, calcium and vitamin D.
