Q.

#asktheexperts Hello My twin babies are **10 months old. I'm a little worried because they don't eat enough solid food, and they also don't drink the amount of milk they should in one feeding. Their appetite seems low, and they eat only small quantities throughout the day. Their weight is around **8 kg**, and they are otherwise active. Is this normal at this age, or should I be concerned? Any tips to improve their appetite and milk intake would be really helpful. Thank you!

A. Try to give proper healthy home-made food like all the family foods plus good proteins in the diet of your child veg nonveg can be given now where you can introduce a yellow yellow chicken and Fish this is going to help in elevating the weight of the kids though I’m not aware about the birth weight of your kids but this is looking very decent as of now
