#asktheexperts hello my son is 3yrs 6 months..his front upper two teeth n front lower 2 teeth are shaking..I am worried because I have never heard of milk teeth falling so fast..is it normal or anything to worry..plz help

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist4 years agoA. It is early for the milk teeth to fall.. hope he did not have a fall or any kind of trauma to the teeth. It is better to visit a dentist especially a pedodontist and get it evaluated.
