#asktheexperts hello my girl is 12 months old. she is having nasal congestion mild cold and sometimes get fever,. can i give coconut water to her. and what overall in fruits vegies n cereals i cam give her. as she is underweight. weight beimg 7.6kg.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. During cold you should give warm liquids like soups to the baby and start giving indirect steam to the baby by using a vaporiser close to the baby and apply Vick’s baby rub on chest back and sole of the feet
