#asktheexperts Hello, my daughter is now 9 months old and she refuses to drink breast milk, due to this my milk supply had also reduced, she has started taking solids, is it okay if she refuses breast milk?

A. continue night breastfeeding session. prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi Dalia oats etc with added fruit and vegetables. offer more liquid and fruits for adequate hydration and improve appetite and digestion with

A. Its Good that your child has started taking solids butter milk has its own important because the child is not going to eat that much that the milk is not required so if you can feed your child somewhere to 4 times in the time they also then it is also going to be good at t that much
