#asktheexperts Hello! My daughter is having constipation. sometimes she had a gap of 3-4 days of toileting. What to do for a smooth and regular Toiletion?

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 months agoA. mam please give prune juice to the child to relieve from constipation. also increase water intake of your daughter and keep her well hydrated. give fiber rich food items including fresh fruits and cucumber and carrot salad to the child
