#asktheexperts hello....my child is 2.5years old. I have seen there are many products in the market that claim to help in improving brain functioning or development...in the form of spread/herbal liquid/gummies...are these safe for the kids and are they really helpful? e.g.'little Joy's brain gummy'

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. Baby immunity and growth can be taken care of by giving a proper diet with all the nutrition required for proper growth of the child .
vitamin C, zicgnc, iron and vitamin D has key role in this.
Multivitamin syrup like syp full 365 can be given 5 ml twice a day for 1 to 2 months.
