Q.

#asktheexperts Hello, my baby’s 6months now and since evening he is little warm. I checked the temperature from armpit and it’s 98.6 degrees. Is this a fever?? Should i be worried??

A. It u it’s not considered ever in babies so keep monitoring his health and keep feeding the baby on regular intervals to keep him hydrated as it also brings the body temperature low

A. it's not fever, A normal temperature in babies and children is about 36.4C (97.5F), but this can vary slightly. A fever is usually considered to be a temperature of 38C (100.4F) or above. Just breast feed well, keep comfortable room temperature,

No it is not temperature because any temperature of 99° or more than 99°F is only counted as fever so I don’t think so right now there is any point of giving any medicine to the child is do not go ahead with giving any medicine to the child without consulting the doctor if required you can get an examination done with the doctor as wellWrite Your Answer Here
