Q.
#asktheexperts hello, my baby is 14 months old. it was a normal delivery. And now me and my husband wants to get intimate with each other. but the moment I think of doing it, I feel so pressurized and painful. I am not able to understand my situation. I feel so shameful and disheartened.

Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose change
