#asktheexperts hello my baby is 1 month and 4 days old, she is sleeping very peacefully but when is not sleeping , constantly asking for milk, she is on mixed feed BM and FM. she is having BM first and then 80ml FM. but she is always cranky with her mood. want to know how to check that she is hungry and we need to increase her milk feed.

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy1 Year agoA. Hai good evening !! Frequent feeds for every two hours is must ,but sometimes they demand very often due to peeing.
You can observe if the baby tummy is flat then baby is hungry ,or feed is not sufficient.
Sometimes they tries to latch,cries for feed even after feeding and if tummy looks round full then for latch comfort they demands once they latch they feel soothed Pat gently ,keeping hand on baby lap or back rubbing also soothes them...
