A. These are call Mongolian spot which are common with all the kids from the time of their birthday going to settle down over the period of the age of 1 1/2 to 2 years so need not worry about it this things are totally common with every single child

A. Mongolian spots (MS) are non-blanching hyperpigmented patches over the gluteal region that usually present at birth or in the first few weeks of life. These lesions are most prominent at the age of one year and start regressing thereafter, with most of them disappearing by early childhood.
