#asktheexperts hello, my 1 month old boy is not opening his right eye fully, he rarely opens it and it seems bit smaller than the left eye.. will he open the right eye fully?

A. it seems swelling .. see the dr if persists... apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time.. it provides warmth...to baby take care...
