Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Neonatal acne is common in babies. You can express some breast milk and dab a cotton ball in it and then use this cotton on your baby's acne affected areas. Apply a few drops of extra virgin coconut oil to the affected areas four times a day until the acne clears up. Or mix honey and lemon in equal proportions and apply it to the affected area for healing acne naturally. Leave it for about 25 mins and rinse with warm water to complete the treatment.
