#asktheexperts Hello mam.wanted to know what main ingredients should be included in baby,s diet.because there is no weight gain from past 3 months.

A. hi mom can give good proteins and calories mix veg dal khichdi with ghee soup rice curd rice add nuts powder in milk paneer parathas egg or chicken or paneer rice

A. Hello! As long as your child is healthy and active, there, shouldn’t be any problem. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be gradually introduced.
