Mam nothing can be done if the child doesn’t want to brush at 10 year old child has the proper sense of understanding how teeth are going to get spoiled how cavities can happen if your child is not interested in brushing then show the mirror to the child by saying that you are going to have cavities you may have to go for root canal the injections are going to be there into the mouth we are going to pluck your teeth whatever is true and associated please tell your child everything to generate that fear where your child learns to brush the teeth properly and learns to maintain an oral hygiene
