#asktheexperts Hello Mam my son is 18 months old and he is having constipation mostly every month from Feb. So doctors are giving him Enima. Is it safe to use enima every month and is it ok in toddlers to have constipation. I am trying to give him all home cooked food and avoiding outside milk.

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy6 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Increase the liquid and fibre intake of your child. Buttermilk is good for digestion. Consult your doctor for further guidance on dietary changes as and when required. Good luck and take care.
