#asktheexperts hello mam, my baby is 5months old and delivery of my child was normal, after delivery 40 days bleeding i have but till now i am not geting my periods, any suggestions. i have done my pregnancy test as well that is negative. so what's the reason not having periods till now

No need to worry
Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Some women have periods after one year
