Q.

#asktheexperts Hello Mam, my baby girl is have cough and cold along with sneezing, runny nose. My doctor prescribed levolin syrup, montair 4 nasoclear etc. And asked to nebulize with Levolin. We gave the medicines for one day, her coughing increased and with nebulize her with levolin but she didn’t take it properly and screamed a lot during the process. So we visited the doc again in the evening and she prescribed Omnacortil due to the wheezing sound. But told us that Anvi is better than before. So my question is should I still give Anvi that Steroid? Or it can be skipped?

A. Mam if your doctor has suggested you a course of medication then that is what you should complete and if your child is better after that then don’t continue with it but for the minimum code that has been recommended you should definitely go ahead with that
