Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. you have to do some regular exercise for this and also apply some hot fomentation therehere thereafter you can consult with your doctor and get further suggestions regarding the query to clear all your doubts in proper way which would be helpful here .
