#asktheexperts hello mam.. I have an issue from so many years my periods are getting preponed like before 10 days, 12 days , before a week..i don't know is it normal or not.. someone told me that it is a part of pcod...is it correct and yes then what I have to do please suggest... thank you in Advance

A. Hello dear In pcod the periods usually get delayed rather than come faster. It is better that you consult your doctor so that she can also do a scan and evaluate

A. my periods occur for 5-7 days but for Starting 3 days with heavy flow and full body pain sometimes I have to take painkiller
