#asktheexperts hello mam, i am having excessive hair loss i dont tye my hair very harshly.. but when ever i move my hands i get few hair strands.. this was the case even before pregnancy.. what could be the reason behind so much hair loss.. and could you please guide me what shall i do further

Hi If you lately delivered a child that could be the reason postpartum hair fall is very very normal start applying onion juice into your scalp 2 to 3 times in a week and keep it for 30 minutes and then wash it that’s going to give you good results have iron supplements alongside for at least six months
