#asktheexperts Hello mam, as the weather is changing my child is suffering from severe cold and congestion currently. I had given him antibiotics before 15 days as well. He is enable to catch infections frequently. Kindly suggest what should i do to prevent infections

Kids are very poor immunity in this age which is why they catch a lot of infection and very quickly they can catch an infection so don’t worry about it just give a good multivitamin supplement and maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness as well as give proper clean food to the child avoid giving junk and outside food things will be better over the period and give milk with pinch of turmeric and Black pepper into that
