RashmiMom of a 11 yr 1 m old girl1 day agoA. Dal water rice water followed by fruits and vegetables of all kinds make sure to include varieties of food that you can prepare out of ragi oats and Suji you can give Khichdi and porridge you can also give plenty of water Paneer and curd to the child
