#asktheexperts hello ma’am my baby girl is 5 days old yet I haven’t produced breast milk yet and the baby is not sucking the nipples what should I do

Shatavari powder you can take three times in the day with warm milk which will help in increasing your lactation along with that also I’m going to advise you to have more of proteins into your diet which would be very healthy and helpful for increment of your lactation
