#asktheexperts hello ma'am I want to stop giving breast feed to my daughter. how to stop it n how will the lactation stop??

A. hi as breastmilk is not only food for a child,it provides comfort and security too,I always advise to wean a child gradually for that ,I advise to understand and check child's feeding patterns and hunger cues. and then set consistent meal time for a child ask help from your partner or family member to feed your child at mealtime so a child eat other food items well and not ask for feeding
