#asktheexperts .hello ma'am.i want to ask some question.. ma'am actually mai thodi confused hu mera beta 1yr 7 month ka hai mujhe ghar ki bdi ladies se sunne mai aya ki bacche ki susu ka part open Krna cahiye tha kyuki ab wo neeche nhi ho rha maine try kiya jab after 6 month lakin kabhi open hua nhi ..plz tell me ma'am mujhe kya Krna cahiyee.ye bde hone p apne aap open ho jayega .

your child is having phimosis. your doctor will give you local cream application which can be applied on penis foreskin to to decrease phimosis by sliding the foreskin present on the penis backwards.
it has to be done daily during the bathing process for at least 1 month and if the pcroblem continues even after that and the child is having recurrent pain as well as urinary tract infections then only surgical intervention is needed
