#asktheexperts Hello ma’am I’m 31 weeks pregnant, and i feel like my body hasn’t started producing milk yet.. What should I include in my diet, and what exercises should I do?

A. Exercises are done from 3 to 4 months of time and that two under the observation of a yoga expert right now if you want to start with something you can check with your gynaecologist and what makes you feel that you’re not producing sufficient amount of milk are you getting an indication or something that’s not clear to me but I’m just going to recommend you to have more of fluids and proteins in your diet
